Advanced Diagnostics
Using the latest technologies in diagnostic testing allows our doctors to treat the root causes instead of the symptoms. We also use lab testing in preventive medicine and to gauge the effectiveness of treatment plans. Our doctors routinely use blood, saliva, stool and urine testing to help you monitor and achieve your health goals. As a full service clinic, we draw your samples here to save you time in getting the results you need.
Micronutient Testing
Micronutrient testing measures how micronutrients are actually functioning within your white blood cells. These tests allow your nutritional assessment for a broad variety of clinical conditions, general wellness and the prevention of chronic diseases including arthritis, cancer, cardiovascular risk, diabetes, various immunological disorders and metabolic disorders.

Food Allergy Testing
Food sensitivity reactions are more difficult to notice since they can occur hours or even days after consumption of an offending food. In some cases, a person's reaction to a food may occur several days after eating the offending food and the link between the food and their symptoms may not be connected. These hidden food “allergies” are actually food “sensitivities” and are caused by increasing blood levels of IgG4 antibodies in reaction to specific foods.

Male and Female Hormone Panels
Hormones influence all aspects of health and disease - mood, sleep, metabolism, immunity, heart health and appearance. An imbalance of one hormone can initiate cascade of events that alters other hormones, so choosing the right test for your needs is key to determining the best treatment option.

Advanced Cardiovascular
Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women. The association between cardiovascular risk and HDL subparticle distribution has been well established. Knowing how an individual produces and absorbs cholesterol can help determine the most effective LDL-C lowering therapy.

Heavy Metal Analysis
Analysis of the levels of toxic metals in urine after the administration of a metal detoxification agent is an objective way to evaluate the accumulation of toxic metals. Acute metal poisoning is rare. More common, however, is a chronic, low-level exposure to toxic metals that can result in significant retention in the body that can be associated with a vast array of adverse health effects and chronic disease.

Adrenal Stress Index
Abnormal adrenal function can alter the ability of cells to produce energy for the activities of daily life. People who have a hard time rising in the morning, or who suffer from low energy throughout the day, often have abnormal adrenal rhythms and poor blood sugar regulation.

Thyroid Testing
Thyroid hormones are essential and primary regulators of the body's metabolism. Hormone imbalances can affect virtually every metabolic process in the body, exerting significant effects on mood and energy level.

Gastrointestinal Testing
Stool analysis can reveal important clinical information about many common symptoms such as gas, bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and constipation. Fecal Lactoferrin and Occult Blood provide insight into potential gut inflammation. Parasitology can also identify root causes and identify targeted treatments.

Genetic Testing
MTHFR (methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase) genotype testing is used to asses homoocysteine levels and to assess a patient’s risk for cardiovascular disease (CVD) and potentially minimize this risk through nutritional therapy. We also offer a number of other genetic tests to guide a preventive medicine approach.

Oncology Biomarkers
The capture and detection of circulating tumor cells may have important prognostic and therapeutic implications because detection of tumor cells may have clinical utility in risk stratification in early cancer, in early detection of relapse, and in monitoring response to treatment. The presence of tumor cells circulating in the blood has been associated with shortened survival from various solid tumor cancers.

Specialty Labs
Science is at the core of every treatment plan developed at our clinic. We offer many advanced testing options and have contracts with many specialty labs. Our doctors are always open to requests for extra lab testing and will provide direct feedback to you if they feel a specific lab test is not scientifically valid or not indicated in achieving your health goals.
