As many of you lovely patients know I was out of the office for a few weeks this past July—at the beach! My family and I trekked all the way to Sunset Beach, South Carolina for my husband’s family reunion. It was a great time filled with chasing our 2.5 year old Gabriel and catching up with extended family members. We loved every minute of it and I just wanted to remind all of you lovely patients of the importance of taking time out to recharge.
